Gulabi Bahi
Billing, stock and customer khata in one book — built for the Pink City's jewellers, from Johari Bazaar's busiest counter to a single shop on the highway.

None of this shows up as a bill. It is still money.
The dues you stopped chasing
A khata nobody can read is money nobody collects. Here every rupee owed is on one screen, oldest first.
Two books that never agree
Fine metal in one, rupees in the other, and an evening spent making them match. One party, one khata — grams and rupees on the same page.
The night before the CA comes
A year of bills added up by hand, twice, because the first total looked wrong. Here it is a date range and a print.
A bill that looks like a chit
A hand-torn slip tells a customer what kind of shop this is. So does a printed bill with your shop's name at the top.
Everything your counter needs — nothing it doesn't.
Each card shows the package it comes with — Plan 1 Bahi, Plan 2 Dukaan, Plan 3 Bazaar.
- Plan 1· Bahi
Billing & Invoicing
GST-ready bills with gold rate, making charges and purity — printed or shared on WhatsApp in seconds.
- Plan 2· Dukaan
Stock & Inventory
Track gold, silver, diamonds and gemstones by weight and piece, with low-stock alerts before you run out.
- Plan 1· Bahi
Customer Bahi Khata
Every customer's running balance, kept the way your family always kept it — just easier to search.
- Plan 2· Dukaan
Reports, made simple
Daily sales, pending dues and GST reports your accountant will actually thank you for.
One screen for the whole counter.
The demo is the whole app, nothing locked. Every screen is marked with the package it comes with, so you can see what the higher plans add before you pay for one.
“The khata is in my father's hand. I can read it. Nobody else can.”
“The metal is in one book and the money in another, and they never agree.”
“Every year before the CA comes, we sit two nights with the bills.”

Being built. Tell us if you need it.
Bahi for a whole year costs less than a gram of 22K. Dukaan, less than two.
30 days free to start. No card, no advance, and your books download any day. Every price here is for a year, not a month.
Johari Bazaar wrote this bahi. We only held the pen.
Nothing here was drawn up in an office and handed to the market. Gulabi Bahi started with the problems jewellers here actually have: fine metal and rupees in two different books, a khata nobody else can read, a CA asking for figures at the last minute. Every part of it has been shaped by shops in and around Johari Bazaar telling us what was wrong.
Need something we haven't built?
If your shop works a different way, or something here is getting in your way, tell us. We build what shops ask for — that is the whole point.
Free for 30 days. Billing starts after that, and nothing is charged before.
The things shops ask us at the counter.
Where does my shop's data sit?
In this demo, entirely in this browser on this machine — nothing is sent anywhere, which is also why it is not a place to keep real books. In the shop version your books are kept on our servers, and you can download the whole lot, any day, without asking us.
And if you shut down one day?
You download your books any day, in a form your CA can open. Nothing of yours is ever held hostage — of everything on this page, that is the promise we would rather be judged on.
Is the login safe? This is my whole shop.
The demo has no real login at all — the password is printed on the screen for you. The shop version opens with a code sent to your own number, and no one at Mizuron reads your rates, your margins or your customers' names.
My father keeps the khata and doesn't use a computer.
Then sit him at the demo before you pay anything. It is open, nothing is locked, and nothing he touches there is saved beyond this browser. The screen is laid out like the page he already writes on: party, weight, purity, rate.
Do I have to type in years of old khata?
No. Put in each party's opening balance — one line each — and carry on from today. The old bahi stays on the shelf, where it belongs.
Will my CA accept these bills?
They are GST bills with purity, making charges and HSN on them, printed on A4. Your CA gets sales, GST and a party statement for any date range — which is usually everything they ask for.
